Once we found the place it was a great site with a big pool for cooling down in afterwards and plenty of space for the circle. CAPT DILDOH lived there, so we even had a head to use. We found out during the preliminary milling about that we were being graced with the presence of one of the co-founders of the LANGKAWI BEACH HASH, Bob, IMPERIAL FINGER, Woods who was up from Bali. Also amongst us, were four new young folks with the Outward Bound School who had learned of the Hash by Googling it. Yeah, for our new website.

The Hares, STIMULATOR and PUSSY GALORE, spelled out the run and set us off in the right direction. No mountains to climb, but lots of roads to cross. Fairly normal run with resident water buffalo, mad motorbike kids, a beach run and lots of short-cutting bastards. The run finished in the pool for those so inclined.

Circle time and the AGM, DOUBLE DUTCH, took up the challenge. It began with a prize (bottle of booze and bag of chocolates) for the first one in and in the pool which was taken by a virgin, an Outward Bound fellow, (who I think was 20 or so) and a second prize (bottle of booze and bag of chocolates)went to TARTAN TART, who was in front but didn’t hit the pool. They were subsequently executed and allowed to go. The Executioner, CAPT DILDOH, dutifully executed himself and proceeded to execute everyone else. DOUBLE DUTCH turned over the proceedings to IMPERIAL FINGER and the executions mounted. He executed the Hares, the Virgins, the almost virgins, the Aussies, the slant eyes, the Scots, the low-profilers, the Idlers, everyone who was still dry and then the next Hares.

With everyone duly soaked and full of beer, the circle was broken for a quick dash (read: drive) to the LANGKAWI BEACH HASH HOUSE HARRIERS hash house. A BBQ had been set up by Lutz and Michelle and everyone enjoyed burgers, salad and beer. Everyone gathered around to tell lies, spin yarns, drink beer and generally make proper Hash asses of themselves.

A good time was had by all.
