The basic idea of the Hash is a non-competitive jaunt through the local country side to appreciate nature and to further encourage a thirst for beer that should already exist.
The Langkawi Beach Hash House Harriers (LBH3) meet every second Friday at 1730 and the Harriers depart at 1800. Notices of Hash runs are posted at The Pier Bar & Restaurant, The Royal Langkawi Yacht Club bulletin board and on this website.
